The crew was always prompt, kept us informed, were very courteous, cleaned up after job, and they know their job extremely well. The owner is very professional and what he said he would do, he did. When you call for AC repair your expectation is that the company has integrity and is honest because when it's 100 degrees you're at their mercy and it's easy to take advantage of customers. I'm glad I found Mosqueda's! The first company I called went out, told me there were a lot of things broken and I should just buy a brand new unit lol...really? When I called Mosquedas the owner Ernesto came by, super friendly, gave notice before coming and diagnosed the problems quickly. He was able to find that the cause was improper wiring by the previous technician along with some minor issues causing the unit not to cool. He emailed me detailed notes and pictures so there was full transparency throughout. Everything included was only $200, vs 3k for new compressor and 9k for a new unit the other company wanted.
