Purl's Sheet M. & AC installed a complete Heat Pump system (same system heats and cools interior air), including ducting and registers. They also installed a new tankless (on demand) water heater. They also made recommendations based on my particular situation. They provided different options and I made the final choice of which units to install. They were patient with my taking a number of days to review the alternate proposals, do research on the Internet and ask them more questions. After I made the final purchase decisions Purl's technicians did the work in a timely manner and kept the work areas clean while also containing the dust. When completed they removed all refuse and an old evaporative cooler, wall heater and water heater. I've been using the new systems for about a month and very happy so far. I should also see some significant reduction in energy use, but I need to have more time to see how that works out. Since I made the final choices on the systems installed
