I called Nak for Plumbing to inquire about replacing a broken water shutoff valve and pressure regulator at my home. The person I spoke to on the phone, I believe it was Gregory, was friendly and extremely helpful. He requested some pictures of the installation area and followed up with another call to discuss my options shortly after receiving the pictures. I received a quote a short time later and was able to schedule an appointment for the following day. The crew showed up on time, set expectations for how long I would be without water then immediately got to work. Within a couple of hours the job was finished, after which they walked me through the changes and showed me how to operate the new shutoff valves.
