The work provided by Electric for my basement remodel was outstanding. Melvyn and his team take pride in their project and made sure detail was perfect. Yesterday I was satisfied. Today not so much. I had my own faucet. Isaiah installed it. Today it's leaking worse so I am trying to repair it. contacted the company. No one cared. After all the money they charged you would think they would honor their work. Will not use them again.
Lindsey was professional and supportive with keeping me up to date with the insurance claim through Cinch. The worker that arrived to install our new water heater did a good project and was happy to answer any questions I had.
