The service technician was polite, professional and informative. He went through our HVAC system thoroughly, explained and recorded all of his findings. We were very pleased with the service he provided. *Only con was … the technician parked his large van in our driveway, very close to our vehicle which was already parked in the two vehicle driveway instead of parking on the street. (where all contractors and vendors park) This is the only reason 4 stars were given for this review instead of 5 stars.

I purchased a new A/C unit through Bell Brothers about 3 years ago. I had a great experience with zero issues. I trusted them as a company and would refer them to any who asked, however my second experience didn't go so well. My elderly (85) father-in-law was having issues with his A/C. I immediately called Bell bros as there was a major heat wave approaching. We had to wait a week for someone to come out to check the issue. Once they arrived they completed their inspection and they came to the conclusion there was a leak in the system and needed repair. The repair estimate was over 8k! I called another hvac company for a second opinion. They determined as well they was a leak. They fixed the issue and the unit is running like new for 250.00! Bell Bros, you can do better than that. The trust and loyalty is no longer.
