The service technician was polite, professional and informative. He went through our HVAC system thoroughly, explained and recorded all of his findings. We were very pleased with the service he provided. *Only con was … the technician parked his large van in our driveway, very close to our vehicle which was already parked in the two vehicle driveway instead of parking on the street. (where all contractors and vendors park) This is the only reason 4 stars were given for this review instead of 5 stars.

I had my HVAC/AC inspected/serviced today. William was awesome! He showed me pictures he took along his progress and advised me of some issues I should monitor or replace. Very professional. I also had my drains, faucets, hot water heater, and garbage disposal inspected. Rico was also very professional. He took pictures of everything along with letting me know what I should be monitoring and replace in the future. I have trusted Bell Brothers with my Heating & Air since I moved to California 23 years ago and will continue to use their services as long as I remain in the area. Thanks again to William and Rico! They called to move my appt. Up because of a cancellation. The tech, Marcus, was very polite, professional and thorough. Even though my appt. was a free maintenance service for my AC (because I belong to their maintenance program for $19.95 per month), Marcus performed his work as though I was having to pay for it.
