I had my HVAC/AC inspected/serviced today. William was awesome! He showed me pictures he took along his progress and advised me of some issues I should monitor or replace. Very professional. I also had my drains, faucets, hot water heater, and garbage disposal inspected. Rico was also very professional. He took pictures of everything along with letting me know what I should be monitoring and replace in the future. I have trusted Bell Brothers with my Heating & Air since I moved to California 23 years ago and will continue to use their services as long as I remain in the area. Thanks again to William and Rico! July 13, 2023, Justin and Jonathan were courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. They took the time to explain what is going on with our HVAC system, parts needed and repairs. We are very satisfied with the work done at our home. We need to replace our ducting and should have been replaced 2009 when we purchased new system, if your ducting is over 20 years old and the gray thin paper, replace ducting along with new system. The annual heating pump inspection conducted by Justin was very good. I am very satisfied with the thoroughness of the inspection and backed by the photo's I was shown. Justin explained that my compressor was not reading within spec requirements and recommended having it replaced. I know at some point in time that this compressor had been replaced before. So Justin checked with the home office and they agreed to replace it free of charge. I have been a club member with Bell Bros for several years. I continue to be extremely satisfied with their service, their technicians that have performed inspections, repairs for my heating and A/C system, and plumbing issues.
