Integrity would be the best word to describe R Box Plumbing. I prefer to support local, small, and family-owned businesses. The owner Dmitriy Levko and his son Alex provided excellent service and offered a very reasonable rate for a whole house repipe and installation of a new hot water heater. I am very pleased with the work they did. They even cleaned up the work areas which was much appreciated. After getting several estimates, I decided to hire R Box Plumbing because of the time Dmitriy took to answer all my questions and even offer advice. Experience counts! And again, the rates are very reasonable. Professional and personable, Dmitriy and Alex were always responsive to phone calls or texts. When you find a gem, you don’t let it go. I’ll be calling them back to install a kitchen, water filtering system in the next few months and already have been telling my friends about R Box Plumbing. Thanks, guys. You’re the best! I have an old house with crazy plumbing, and the good folks at R Box not only answered my panicked text late at no light, they also showed up the next day, fixed the issue, did some detective work and made helpful suggestions on what work needed to be done and what did not. The price was very reasonable and I appreciate not being “upsold” on services. I am so grateful for their help and would highly recommend this company!

Dmitriy & his son are great! I went on Home Advisory filled in what I wanted and less than ten minutes later Dmitriy called. It was late evening and he was still willing to stop by and give me a free estimate. Dmitriy looked at the problem gave me estimate which was right in line with what the internet pricing research guide said it should be. After talking with Dmitriy I didn't feel the need to go through the process of getting more estimates so gave him the job. Dmitriy and his son showed up the next morning went under the house and completed the job. Both were very knowledgeable, showed me what was fixed, inspected other pipes while in the crawl space @ (no extra charge) and didn't find any other issues (always nice to hear) Dmitriy wears covers on his shoes, lay tarp wherever they are working and clean up before they leave. I have a old house, old pipes so I will have them back just to do yearly inspections. Good customer service plumbers are hard to locate. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND "R B
