Pedro was my technician. He was very polite & kind, even helping me carry in my groceries! He seemed knowledgeable with regards to his specialty, which was plumbing. He was working on my hot water heater, but also took time to look at my toilets for me. He definitely went above & beyond with regards to his customer service & despite what he says, he’s a very good salesman for Villara. Thank you Pedro!

Pedro was extremely professional and knowledgeable on the issue. He was very careful to clean up after himself and was able to fix the issue the same day opposed to other companies that have been out for the same issue multiple times with no solution. Communicated clearly and effectively to the residents and staff about what work was being done before he started and made sure everything was in working order once work was completed.
