Jr was quick to diagnose our issue. He made sure to explain everything to us as he was working on the issue. He was always several steps ahead which made us confident in his ability to get our issue resolved. We look forward to working with Jr again when he returns. Ryan and Omar were professional and thorough. They were very conscious of our personal space while they worked. and cleaned up after themselves.
