Today was my first visit with Big Mountain Air for my AC unit maintenance. James showed up on time and was very thorough. He took the time to look at all my systems and gave recommendations for improvements. Very nice and easy to talk with about my system. From my initial phone to schedule a maintenance appointment I’ve had great experiences and I’m happy to be working with them. Furnace tech Joseph Morataya was professional and thorough. Repairs were done quickly. Service is courteous, friendly, competent. Ever since installation 7 years ago each inspection has found something they recommended we repair or add BUT system has worked perfectly in hot and cold seasons and never failed. The tech that arrived at my house, Austin, was knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about as to the equipment I have in my house. Austin made some very good observations with suggestions that applied to the observations... these were item I do need to consider so I appreciate his host and open explanation for his recommendations.
