First Class! This is how I would describe Cameron's plumbing jobs and work ethic. His work is done right the first time professionally, with quality materials, and in a timely manner. In fact I needed Cameron recently to clear a drain and he was at my home within an hour and had the drain cleared in minutes. I had used a different company before using Cameron, and they took hours to clear the drain. Regardless of what plumbing job you have a need for, bathroom, kitchen, tank less water heater, gas line, simply clear a drain, or whatever. We came home at 6pm to no hot water pressure. We called Better Plumbing and Cameron walked us through how to fix it ourselves for over 30 min. We had to call him back several times. Each time we tried to repair it, we were unable to. We scheduled an appointment and he came out within an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem and efficiently repaired it. Thankfully we can all take hot showers tonight, while he was here we asked him to looks at a toilet that was giving us problems. He looked at the toilet and replaced the part. The part that he installed was only part of the problem, turns out we had a defective pressure tank. Cameron replaced the pressure tank under warranty and got it all done in one evening. Found my Main water valve and regulator leaked Monday 5pm. Better Plumbing Cameron came to the rescue in no time, diagnosed the issues, picked up the replacement parts next morning, and fixed the leaks by Tuesday noon. During the process, he took time explained the details in layman terms. My wife and I are extremely happy with the quality of the replacement parts and workmanship. Thank you Cameron!
