I called for what I figured was a dead resistor in my condenser. Days before a heatwave, Comfort Energy got me an appointment right away when others were a week or more out. The tech, John, was on time and quickly confirmed the resistor was the issue. Now with the temps headed into the 90s that Friday and 100s over the weekend, John didn't have the correct resistor on his truck or in stock. So instead of leaving us to sweat it out, he rigged a temporary solution with two units he had to get us through the heat wave until the right unit could be sourced. Two weeks later, I got a follow up call to set an appointment, and John returned to install it. I appreciated the knowledge and willingness to work with what he had and the follow-up to finish the job.

Jonathan came by to diagnose an issue that I was having with my high efficiency furnace. He was extremely thorough throughout the entire process. He was able to find the problem and made the necessary adjustments so that my issue would not happen again. He explained to me why I was having my particular issue and gave me signs to look out for, if it were to happen again. Jonathan was great!!! He took care of my issue and made the area he was working in cleaner than it was before!!! Comfort Energy is by far one of the best HVAC companies out there. We have used Comfort Energy multiple times over the years until last year we purchased a new furnace from them with installation. The experience was very efficient, timely and professional.
