I called for what I figured was a dead resistor in my condenser. Days before a heatwave, Comfort Energy got me an appointment right away when others were a week or more out. The tech, John, was on time and quickly confirmed the resistor was the issue. Now with the temps headed into the 90s that Friday and 100s over the weekend, John didn't have the correct resistor on his truck or in stock. So instead of leaving us to sweat it out, he rigged a temporary solution with two units he had to get us through the heat wave until the right unit could be sourced. Two weeks later, I got a follow up call to set an appointment, and John returned to install it. I appreciated the knowledge and willingness to work with what he had and the follow-up to finish the job.

There is always some trepidation when calling a service company to repair a furnace, or any other household appliance. My 30 year old furnace/AC decided to quit cooling. I had used Comfort Energy previously and Max, the responding technician, was thorough and very knowledgeable. With the replacement of the furnace control module, all was fixed in short order. Two weeks later, on a separate unit, the AC decided to quit working during the hottest time of the year. This time, Jonnathan M. responded and discovered that a transformer was the culprit and he had one in the truck. It was replaced and all was back in working order. As painless as possible. Jonnathan's troubleshooting skills, customer communications and willingness to help in any way possible was refreshing. And, no one tried to sell me a new furnace!!!
