Aladdin's Plumbing

We called our insurance and Aladdin was called out. We had a very low hot water pressure and the technician basically said that it’s not the hot water heater, but we need to re-pipe. Called another plumber out and he took apart our shower and kitchen faucet and fix the problem. He advised us to install a water softener which we did and it was a very reasonable price.

A tech from Alladin’s Plumbing was sent out by my home warranty company. I’ve had some awful experiences with contractors from other home warranty companies but by far, this company was the best I’ve seen in years. They responded quickly but of course it was already late on a Friday and were already booked up. I asked to be put on call if an appointment fell through as I had no hot water. I received a call that same afternoon telling me they could fit me in after all. The tech quickly determined the issue and ordered the part needed. I would use their services again. They were assigned by American Home Shield. They have had 3 technicians come out and neither have addressed the faucet leaks and clogged drain. I have been without a working kitchen sink for 2 weeks. Delays for their plumbers being out sick and with scheduling. Their technician was dishonest with his diagnosis report. Extremely disappointed with this company.
