Dylan from Aladdin was fantastic! He was super timely, professional, and quickly addressed a few different issues we were having (2 toilets, a garbage disposal and a non-vented sink). He was very efficient and helpful, and answered our questions/concerns in detail. I'm very happy with Dylan's service, and with Aladdin's communication overall... from booking the appointment over the phone through texting me re: Dylan's expected arrival. They were assigned by American Home Shield. They have had 3 technicians come out and neither have addressed the faucet leaks and clogged drain. I have been without a working kitchen sink for 2 weeks. Delays for their plumbers being out sick and with scheduling. Their technician was dishonest with his diagnosis report. Extremely disappointed with this company. Want to start class action lawsuit. AHS policy prevents their contractors from providing competent plumbing advice American Home Shield (AHS) sent pluming contractor for leak diagnosis. Aladdin Plumbing sent Plumber who said there was no leak and to turn the water back on. We noticed pooling water downstairs when water to house is on. Put in service request with AHS. Aladdin's plumbing was called, the scheduler said someone would come out tomorrow, Tuesday 4/4/23. Tuesday i was told by ****** that she must have mis-spoke they would come wednesday 4/5/23. ***** arrived at house. Said there was no plumbing leak, we could turn the water to the house back on, if it re-appears he will come back immediately. By wednesday nite, the water had surfaced. On thursday 4/6, ******* said they could come back next wednesday 4/12/23. I explained we had already waited, their plumber came and mis-diagnosed. After several phones calls and complaints, ******* came out Monday 4/10/23 and diagnosed a slab l
