Aladdin's Plumbing

A tech from Alladin’s Plumbing was sent out by my home warranty company. I’ve had some awful experiences with contractors from other home warranty companies but by far, this company was the best I’ve seen in years. They responded quickly but of course it was already late on a Friday and were already booked up. I asked to be put on call if an appointment fell through as I had no hot water. I received a call that same afternoon telling me they could fit me in after all. The tech quickly determined the issue and ordered the part needed. I would use their services again. We called our insurance and Aladdin was called out. We had a very low hot water pressure and the technician basically said that it’s not the hot water heater, but we need to re-pipe. Called another plumber out and he took apart our shower and kitchen faucet and fix the problem. He advised us to install a water softener which we did and it was a very reasonable price.

Had an encounter on the road with one of these guys in their van with tinted windows. Dude was driving like a maniac speeding, cutting people off, myself included. On Irvine blvd. 5/17 around 10AM. Definitely would not use this service as a homeowner in the Irvine area. The way they drive on the road I can already tell bad service comes with it especially after reading other reviews.
