From the woman who initially answered the telephone, the advisor that I spoke with describing my plumbing problem to the plumber, Clayton, who arrived at my home late last night, everyone was absolutely proffeional, great and responsive! Because they are an actual 24/7 service provider, I am able to leave my home early this morning to catch my airline flight with peace of mind. I hardly ever write a review, but if you need a plumber, just call these guys. After calling around, Draintown answered the phone right away and had me scheduled for the next morning (Sunday) instead of next week. Gabe called ahead and arrived right on time and went right to work. A very slow flushing toilet turned into a much bigger deal when roots were found, but Gabe knew exactly what to do. It was a much bigger project than I expected, but he explained everything very well and I felt confident in his ability to fix it right. He did a fantastic job and everything is working perfectly now. Nobody really wants to flush cash down the drain, but unfortunately it is necessary sometimes. Gabe made the experience as pleasant as possible. I hope Draintown knows what a great employee they have in Gabe - a true ambassador for their company, and a very skilled technician.
