After another company left us hanging on an electric panel upgrade project for 5 months, I called Electric Medics and talked to Mike. He was able to work with me to get us a quote and Kristina got us set up with an appointment right away and maintained open communication about the progress. My experience with two electric companies was night and day. Our new panel is great and will allow us to finally move on to the next project. It really does matter who you choose to work with.
