Hometown was excellent from start to finish. Got me an appointment right away and showed up on time. Communication was easy and helpful. Very happy with the value for the work done and very happy with the quality. Very considerate service and he made sure to take care of my home. Will definitely use for routine maintenance and repairs again. Originally called them bc I screwed up and left the winter cover on my outdoor ac unit. Turned the system on and it quit working. I called them last night. Got a human on the line right away. Efficient and polite customer service. Fit me in the following day. Got everything fixed without having to wait.
