Vlady and his "crew" were very professional and courteous. No surprises from original quote. Actually final bill was 5 dollars less. I had an idea of the cost so there was no haggling, even got a quote on a Sunday, installation completed on following Tuesday. Couldn't have asked for a more seamless experience.
