Professional and courteous! Best decision I made as a home owner, having Yourk Heating & Air Conditioning take care of my heating and air! Our service technician was great as usual. Arrived at the time promised, and did a complete inspection, maintenance and cleaning of our heater. Communicated to us all that he did. We very much appreciate Yourk Tech doing all that is reasonable to communicate with their customers. They called the day before to confirm the appointment. Last year we had to replace the heater, and I was so impressed with the work Mike and company did. This year the air conditioner quit working. It is 16 years old. Mike was out the same day called, on time, and gave us 2 options, explaining the pros and cons of each option. We did choose to put in a new a/c unit. The work was done the next day. The worker arrived when I was told he would, was very kind and worked quietly in the backyard. More than anything, I feel Mike is honest and gives the best service possible. Thank you again!!!
