Our AC stopped working and Anthony was able to come to our home early the following morning, even though we were in the middle of a heat wave! I was thinking that we'd have a long wait. He notified me when he was on his way and he arrived on time. He was very professional, thorough and informative. They are trustworthy and very reasonably priced! Thank you!
Their website says that they are a 24/7 service but they don’t even call back to say that they can/can’t see you. I’ve followed up with their answering service twice in a 4hr time span and it still haven’t received any call or acknowledgment. Haven’t spoken to anybody besides their answering service. I’ll understand if they say that they are fully booked and cant come, just let me know so I don’t keep waiting. Edited to add that I called for hvac help. Our a/c stopped working completely. If you have an emergency on a weekend, after hours, call someone else because this company will not get back with you. Save your time and effort. It’s such a shame because they have such great reviews and I’m sure they provide a great service. They’re just unresponsive after hours.
I was extremely happy with the knowledge displayed by “Jake” concerning my tankless water heater as well as his professionalism and friendly demeanor! I also appreciated the company calling me to update me on the arrival time of technician.
