We needed a water heater replacement through our home warranty and Big Orange Plumbing did the inspection and installation for us. They are very professional and responsive as they were always available when we called to check on the status of the work order. They also provided this service in a timely manner. 16 year old home and my shutoff valves for my washer finally bit the dust. Went through AHS and used this company. Communication was excellent, plumber arrived on time, was very careful AND expedient when replacing my valves. I can honestly say that I don’t normally have a pleasant experience when dealing with the companies my home warranty service chooses. I am very satisfied with this company!
