There is everything to like about Anas! We had discovered a leak on the main house line as we were leaving our home. We called Anas and he agreed to come out to take a look at it and agreed on a time. Anas arrived early and had it fixed before we arrived home. This man is simply remarkable. Our Water Heater went out around 3:00pm on a Sunday. I had called numerous places and no one was able to come out and help us. I am so happy that I found and called Plumbing Specialty. He was able to come at 6pm and installed a new water heater for us. He was kind, professional and very helpful. He even saved me money by letting me know that my water heater was still under warranty and to take it back to Home Depot to get a prorated credit/refund.
