Great service, very knowledgeable, respectful and courteous the entire time always got back to me with any changes and had my truck repaired in less than two days. Altogether great shop great service great guy. Service: Electrical
I just picked my truck up,I am very happy to know, there is some real good honest tradesman left in this city. My truck never ran this good, until Chris fixed my truck. I will be doing more business with Custom Wire Works real soon. I will prefer him to my family and friends.
Going to a mechanic isn't normally something you look forward to doing and I can't honestly say that I hope to spend much time doing so in the future. One thing I can honestly say is that if one of our cars needs to have work done, this is the shop that will be doing it. We've been here 4-5 times in the past with things like routine maintenance to electrical problems to a/c work. Today, we went there because my wife's car didn't pass its emissions test. She was told that there was an electrical problem and they couldn't test it until a shop fixed the issue. Turns out, it was just a bad fuse under the dash and they fixed it without charging us the diagnostics fee. We felt relieved as they could have easily charged us up the wazoo for "fixing" the electrical problems. Many mechanics have a bad name for up-selling and for doing unnecessary work. Without a doubt, this guy is far from shady...
