He is very kind and trustworthy, genuinely cares for his customers, and goes out of his way for them. We are so thankful for all of his help throughout the whole process! Jared and Bear(?) were not prompt. THEY WERE EARLY!!! They took care of the problem fast and professionally. Afterwards, they showed me a video of my drain, which will need a good jet cleaning in the very near future. Jared sent me a quote for the extra cleaning but did not pressure me.
