I had a good and bad experience with the service I was provided. The first gentleman that came to install a water heater for me was courteous, professional. While he was here putting the water heater the gentlemen that was suppose to do work on our furnace directly lied to me and said he had to go get parts to do the job that was approved. He never returned and told Celia that he didn't have space to put the unit in that would operate my furnace and air. When I spoke to Celia at extension 79 she said that the gentleman that came was the supervisor and that she would call him and find out what happened. He told her that there was no space, but blatantly lied to me and said he would return to do the job when he got the parts. I have made several attempts to call Cecelia with no returned call as of date. My family had a cold winter and was suppose to have the work done before the cold of winter hit us. The man she said was the supervisor was extremely unproffessional and I don't understan

I've called this company multiple times to get my apartment assessed and environmentally friendly for the past two months and NO ONE ever got back to me. The receptionist is always great but this company doesn't do anything and doesn't respond. If you're looking to make upgrades and changes to your residential property, skip this company 1,000 percent!
