After COTSCO contracted the services to this company, these are the results. Apparently the company has a high percentage of quality in the market but I don't understand how they manage to achieve that because the work they did here is low quality work. I paid more than 30k for the mini split installation and the result of the company was not as expected. What I regret the most is the promise when I bought the air conditioning system that they promised the first year of maintenance at no cost and after the first year I contacted the company and denied the service. They told me that I would have to pay 3,500 or 4,000 because mini split maintenance does not cover it.

I am a return customer of We Care. Besides the great service they provide, everyone at We Care, from the receptionist to the dispatcher is courteous and professional. The AC Tech who responded to service my AC, Shane, was also very knowledgeable and professional as well. He laid out all our repair and purchase options in great detail. Great experience overall. It has only been 2 months since the air conditioner was installed. Customer service was great and they were pretty responsive. But technician not good. they have been here three times, and each time they have not solved the problem of oil leakage. Now the air conditioner will suddenly stop for 5 minutes when it was working on. This is horrible. Today is the third time, and the reason for coming is even more inexplicable. they come to let the city pass city permits . If you only care about the city and don't care about the customer's company, is it trustworthy?
