Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair Napa

If I could give Fuse HVAC 5 negative stars I would. This contractor NEVER completed their job. On 12/28/22 I contracted with Fuse to install a new HVAC system into a 600 sq. ft. rental property in a well-known Napa Valley resort. On 1/3 I was informed the job was completed so I paid for the job in full. In fact the unit did not work correctly. I never got a straight answer as to what the problems were but in addition to NOT getting the job done, accurate communication from the Fuse service team was non-existent. I continued to deal with a nice office person and get excuses for weeks, expecting Fuse would complete their work. The resort’s Engineering Department inspected the system over a dozen times and never found the fully operational. At one point after Fuse said they had completed their work, the job was inspected and the compressor had been taken out ! Super rapid response to service request, they were very communicative and professional. They discounted our repair bill because they believed the repair should have been covered under warranty when GE refused to cover it. Great value for the cost. Jason was great! Very helpful. He didn’t really fix anything because we couldn’t get the dishwasher to come up with the same error again. We’ll see if it shows up again.
