I got estimates from several companies last year and this year and went with Modern Method Roofing. From the delightful first call with Cynthia, the pleasant demeanor of Bruce who provided the estimate, the workmanship of Luis C. and Francisco, and the correspondences with Cynthia, Bruce and Lisa, the job was done well and in a timely manner for a reasonable price. I am such a worrier, so I left my husband to handle being home when the roof was installed. Prior to the new roof, I wanted to sell our house. Now I am at peace and I am thankful for all those involved for making the process a smooth one. My next door neighbor has commented twice on how good our roof looks now.
