The technician was quick and efficient. I am upset because I was under the impression that my home warsnty of America would pay for the visit but I’m required to pay 75 dollars service call fee for a 13 dollar part I could have bought and installed myself Service: Toilet repair
Technician did not show up for first 2 appointments and did show up 2 hours late for the third appointment. He was very courteous and he did a good job. First Response misbilled me for $100 when it should have been $65 service fee according to terms of my Choice Home Warranty contract.
