We had a leak in our roof. I gave Ascent Roofing a call and spoke to Carlos. He came out within hours to inspect and REPAIR the leak. Carlos was friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Highly recommend this company for roof repair and installation. Big thank you to Ascent and especially Carlos. Services: Roof damage repair, Roof repair
Ascent Roofing recently completed my office building’s new roof installation and every step along the process was incredibly smooth and professional. From my initial consultation appointment with Jose, whom is very knowledgeable and reliable, to the final walk thru with Carlos/team, Ascent Roofing kept me well informed throughout the project and brought all details to my attention without me needing to be asking (a detail I very much appreciated) and was Always responsive and easy to get in touch with. I can’t recommend Ascent Roofing enough for any and all roofing needs. Services: Roof installation, Roof repair
Carlos, President of Ascent Roofing was very responsive in addressing a roof leak that showed up after a heavy rain that made a leak appear inside the attic and left a large stain in the drywall ceiling upstairs. Luis, Roof Technician, came the next day and inspected the roof. He took close up pictures and gave me a clear set of options. They could provide a repair of just the section of leaking roof or completely replace the underlayment on a concrete tile roof. The tract house is 27 years old. I found out the 30 lb unreinforced felt underlayment installed by the builder was never expected to last much beyond 15 years. I did my own research on this. In other words, the builder's underlayment was garbage. When I bought the house, I was told a concrete tile roof is a "100 year roof". A concrete tile roof isn't worth much if the underlayment fails and leaks, causing a lot of interior damage. The builder also didn't secure many tiles so they slipped down a little which you can't see unles
