Alvaro was extremely professional! I notice various things when I assess workmanship of anyone entering my home - 1. They must explain the issue and explain the steps to resolve it. I act dumb to test their knowledge. 2. I make up a problem to test their honesty. Alvaro passed both my tests. He immediately identified the problem with my existing system and fixed it, instead of charging me for a whole new system (where he could have made more money), so I highly appreciate his honesty because I knew my system wasn’t faulty.
