This is such a good company. Our water heater stopped working on Friday before Labor Day weekend. Carlos at dispatch made sure we got an appointment for a service call early Sunday morning to determine either repair or new installation. Mando was the technician on the service call and after reviewing the options, we decided replacing the water heater made the most sense. Chris, his manager, was very communicative and offered competitive, fair pricing and sent a quote so quickly that we were able to get service later that day. Mando installed the new water heater.
