We had a great experience with Conejo Valley. We purchased a house last year and are learning that a lot of things are not up to code from the past owners. Tony came out and quickly identified the problem with our sewage ejection pump. He differentially diagnosed what was wrong and walked us through understanding what repairs needed to be done. He was very clear and answered all of our questions. When he came to do the repairs, he was professional and went the extra mile making sure everything was working correctly. We are really happy with this company and will be using them in the future (although hopefully we will not have any other repair needs)!

I have used this company for well over 20 years. They maintenance my home and my office. They are always on Time, courteous, and experienced. After reading the Yelp reviews, we set up an appointment to have our leaking air conditioner serviced. Craig was professional and incredibly courteous. He arrived exactly when he said he would and quickly got to work, providing a straightforward assessment and showing us exactly what he would be doing before starting. When he was done he showed us the repairs, answered our questions, and told us what to look for in case of any further issues. He left us with peace of mind, especially since he took the time to talk through every step of the service and repair. Excellent customer service and response time overall.
