Very pleased with our service from Salvador, our technician. He made a quick assessment of our unit, saw the problem and had it repaired and cleaned up in less than 45 minutes. I appreciate his friendly, efficient service call. He even gave me some sorely needed maintenance advice.
It's been a scorcher here in the West Valley and our AC went out this week. Aladdin came out as soon as possible and diagnosed the issue within minutes. Very professional and took the time to explain options. After dealing with some other local AC folks, I can definitely recommend this company!
