I asked Southland to inspect our air conditioning to ensure all was working well. Communication was great, Pedro was friendly and professional. He inspected the rooftop unit and repaired a small drainage leak, then cleaned our secondary mini split unit. They quoted $89 for the inspection, and that is what they charged.
