I’ve been having trouble with my new HVAC unit, so it required lots of tinkering. Luckily they sent out Robert Alfonso. He’s been very kind, patient, and thorough at figuring out each new issue and is able to clearly explain what was happening. He’s gone above and beyond, and was good with my rowdy dog. Southland was my best and most comprehensive bid. I worked with Ray who was pleasant, polite and very professional. He had endless patience for a lot of questions and spent a lot of time with me to understand our needs and concerns. The installation was complex and they worked overtime to get it up and running in one day. They came back later and meticulously fine tuned the airflow and temperatures in every room. It took Robert 10 minutes to diagnose the problem with my air conditioning compressor that two technicians from other companies had misdiagnosed. The diagnosis made sense. It was explained well to me. I am happy that I called Southland air-conditioning to fix my Lennox air conditioner. Update: Robert and Michael returned and installed parts ordered from Lennox. My system is working great and keeping us cool in the 100 degree plus heat. Work was performed successfully and at quoted price. Thank you so much.
