From start to finish, Lloyd’s was everything I hope for in a service. With a water heater leaking, I reached out to 3 local plumbers; 1 never returned my call. Rita from Lloyd’s call center was a wealth of information and patience. She was helpful and I appreciate she clearly stated what she did not have the expertise to answer. A dispatcher called me as scheduled to rough in the time for the next day and on the day called me, as requested, when the tech was 30min out. Lastly, Bill the technician was professional and knowledgeable. Clearly walked through my options and was patient with my questions. Once I authorized the work, he was done in 2.5 hours. He went above and beyond (including wiping down the spiderwebs in the depths of the closet). Work was thorough and he did a full clean afterwards.
