Our master bathroom was original from construction (1991) and was extremely outdated with a relatively large walk-in closet but a shower/tub combo. Wife and I wanted to expand the size of the bathroom to accommodate a roomy walk-in shower and standalone tub. We reached out to Laguna Bay Developing and got a very prompt reply, and in our first meeting with David it was clear that he could see and was aligned with our vision for the project. Gio was extremely helpful in going with us to help out pick out raw materials (tile, stone, etc.) and the communication was great throughout from David on the project. The crew was respectful, professional, and completed the work in a timely manner on schedule with the original proposal.
