Michael was timely for our appointment and provided great information. He was very professional (even brought his own booties) and I highly recommend him for anyone that needs service. Felipe was incredibly professional and candid in his diagnosis of my issues. My AC wasn’t blowing cold air consistently across all the vents in my house, which is why I called them out to check on it. Felipe informed me that some of my ducts were old which was causing that issue but also identified that the unit itself is also 10+ years past it’s useful life, which is resulting in it not cooling consistently. He didn’t try to sell me on a new system, but did say that I should be preparing to replace it soon. He also recommended that go with a heat pump system since I have solar panels, which will ultimately save on my HVAC costs by moving away from gas.
