Felipe was incredibly professional and candid in his diagnosis of my issues. My AC wasn’t blowing cold air consistently across all the vents in my house, which is why I called them out to check on it. Felipe informed me that some of my ducts were old which was causing that issue but also identified that the unit itself is also 10+ years past it’s useful life, which is resulting in it not cooling consistently. He didn’t try to sell me on a new system, but did say that I should be preparing to replace it soon. He also recommended that go with a heat pump system since I have solar panels, which will ultimately save on my HVAC costs by moving away from gas. If you're looking for someone to keep their story straight, this isn't the company for you. They came to install an ac unit for me and it stopped working less than 12 hours later. When I called back to get someone to come take a look at it, I kept getting bounced between a supervisor who told me that they would have someone over right away (they never came), a dispatcher who had a cavalier attitude about my family being in the heat (in her words it wasn't a big deal because it's only one more day) and gave me a fake appointment time, and another dispatcher who called when the technician was supposed to be on site and gave me yet another appointment time (she literally challenged me when I told her that I was already given an earlier appointment time). If you have a choice, do yourself a favor and go with a company that will treat you with the minimum of respect you deserve as the client. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Rolando was one of the best technicians that I have ever met. He was incredibly patient, sincere and kind with me in answering all of my questions, and he explained each thing he was doing before he did it. He was very thorough in explaining the issue that had occurred with my HVAC system, and explained in detail how to avoid those same issues in the future. I will be requesting him for all my future HVAC needs because he worked quickly, thoroughly and above all, pleasantly. Thank you so much for your time today Rolando!
