I called them out to do an annual service on my air conditioner. They did not change the air filter. When I called to ask I was told the AC service did not include changing the filter. For that I would have to pay a new service fee and extra for the filter.

I've had all my plumbing work done by this company for about 40 years. Most recently, they installed my new HVAC and new tankless water heater. The price was very reasonable, as with all of their repairs. I can't recommend them highly enough. They have great people working for them. The next thing I'm going to have them do is re-pipe the whole house. I was pleasantly surprised when they told me what the cost would be. You won't find a better company for this type of work. I used Norwalk/La Mirada Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning for all my AC and Heater needs. I also used them to resolve plumbing issues that I have had in the past. They are professional and fix what they promise. All my issue have been resolved in my first visit and this group is very knowledgeable with city rules when it comes to permits. From start to finish they do the service and provide recommendations. I have used them for over 10 years and I am happy with all my work and no issue at all.
