Gabriel arrived within 20 minutes of my phone call, stayed as long as everything was fixed, did his work very diligently, without any apparent stress or rush, although he had another job, & it was late night weekend! Before he left, he verified everything worked and that I was satisfied. I have been using Norwalk plumbing for nearly 20 years, Jamie and Gabriel are the best! Both are very friendly, kind, and professional.

I've had all my plumbing work done by this company for about 40 years. Most recently, they installed my new HVAC and new tankless water heater. The price was very reasonable, as with all of their repairs. I can't recommend them highly enough. They have great people working for them. The next thing I'm going to have them do is re-pipe the whole house. I was pleasantly surprised when they told me what the cost would be. You won't find a better company for this type of work. They are professional and fix what they promise. All my issue have been resolved in my first visit and this group is very knowledgeable with city rules when it comes to permits. From start to finish they do the service and provide recommendations. I have used them for over 10 years and I am happy with all my work and no issue at all.
