I saw a company car driving on the freeway today. They were weaving through heavy traffic without signaling. If a company can't even be bothered to flick their finger to signal a safe lane change, what makes you think that they will put in quality work into your heating and cooling system? Refusing to use a signal shows poor communication, and a lack of care for the safety of others. I would never use a service with such poor communication skills and a disregard for the safety of others.
Tim and Aref came out and fixed our thermostat. They thoroughly checked the system to make sure there was no call backs after. Highly recommend. Service: Install thermostat
Don't understand why they have such a great rating .. wanted to charge us 13 THOUSAND DOLLARS for an entire new system.. we wanted to get a second opinion, and did. 300 dollar part and a cleaning of our filter is all we needed. It's now blowing at 60 degrees. Thank God we got a second opinion and didn't go into debt because of these people Service: HVAC system repair
