We chose Atlas to replace our aging furnace and air conditioner with a hybrid gas furnace/heat pump air conditioner after requesting a few estimates. The team at Atlas were helpful every step of the way. Aaron, the estimator gave us straight-forward information that helped us decide what we needed and wanted. Scott helped us with scheduling, and the installers, Ryan, Guillermo, and the Erics were efficient, neat, and friendly. Ian provided a quick, expert fix when there was a glitch in communication between the heat pump and the control board. Lila was on top of scheduling final inspections. Chris from Atlas Heating did a great job repairing my furnace after it had water damage from a storm. Where other companies were talking about replacing the whole furnace (which we put in 20 years ago and should be viable for a while, one would hope) for $8000 to $10,000, Chris diagnosed which parts that replacing, and the repairs came in around $2000.
