Almost 7 years ago, my elderly parents had a complicated sewer issue and Pipe Spy had been recommended to me by a general contractor. It was a tricky project requiring rerouting under the home, etc., but Pipe Spy did such a great job that I vowed to call them if I ever needed sewer work. Well, that time came so I called PipeSpy. Heiko, himself, with Jordan, came to the house, did the camera evaluation, provided an estimate within a few hours, and scheduled the work a few days later. The crew, led by Gabe, was right on time, efficient, courteous, and friendly. Gabe patiently explained what they were doing and answered my questions as they went along. The project was completed in about 6 hours and they left the worksite CLEANER than it was prior to the onset; they did a SUPERB job! I had been a general contractor for 40 years. I used Pipe Spy for my own home's trenches sewer replacement. Old Pedro and his crew were rather amazing. They were serious about the quality of their work, worked efficiently and cleanly and got the job done in one day. They were very responsive to my needs and requests and made sure I was happy. I had Roto Rooter clean our sewer lateral and they found excessive tree roots in the line and recommended that I have a camera inspection done. Roto Rooter completed the inspection and recommended that I replace the sewer lateral at a cost in excess of $37K. I asked if I could obtain a copy of the camera inspection and they wanted to charge an additional $750 for the copy which I declined. I called Pipe Spy to conduct a camera inspection at a cost of $200 and I'd receive a digital copy of the inspection. Upon completion of the inspection, they recommended that I routinely have the line rooted out but replacement would not be required if the maintenance was completed on a regular annual basis.
