TomTech has provided great service during the entire process for our EV charger installation. They handled some of the difficulties with PG&E that arose during the installation process and saved me a lot of time which reduced stress. Marco was easy to work with. We wanted to have an outlet setup for our electric car, but, since our house is older, we needed to have more work completed including a new electrical panel. Marco and Sofia were both great to work with. Marco provided context for everything that went into his recommendations for two different options, and I didn't feel pressured at all to go for one option vs another. Sofia was on top of everything and was very communicative. We had a situation where only one of us would be home depending on the day, and she very pleasantly worked with both of us even though I'm sure it was an extra hassle for her. I'll use them for any future electrical work and would hope that others have the great experience we had if you work with them. They installed an EV charger in my townhouse garage, dealt with the city for permits (which wasn't easy) and inspections and did an outstanding overall job.
