1st Choice Plumbing, Flood & Restoration

Just used these guys to install a brand new air conditioning system. They were on point from the time we called for a quote until the job was done. We looked at other companies and got other quotes, but the fact that this is a local family owned and operated business could not be overlooked. When we called for a quote we got an immediate response and Matt came out on the scheduled day on time. Their quote was very reasonable and when we confirmed with them that we wanted to move forward they provided a definitive beginning and end date for the project. When it came time to install our system, they arrived on time as scheduled and got to work. Everything went smoothly and they even stayed late to finish the job on time. Their work product was top notch. Not only did they install the AC unit but they also redid our ducts. Matt took the time to explain how the system worked and answered all my questions. As with most service businesses, you get a window, for the appointment, i understand there may be a delay but when that window closes and you find yourself chasing down a rep for answers, break out your blood pressure meds....but not with 1st Choice, you get people you can count on. when there was going to be a slight delay, Michael Rojas communicated and kept me informed, the tech arrived as promised and did a great job installing my sensor activated kitchen faucet and rain shower head and wand, ensuring the quality of work done. Yep, 1st Choice is an appropriate company name, quality of their work and reliability! Definitely my 1st Choice.
