Mr. Rodgers Neighborhood Plumbing as a whole was a great company to work with on the installation of a new tankless water heater at my residence. The plumber that was dispatched to our house was Erik. Erik made sure to explain the process of the installation and the needed updates that my water heater needed to be compliment with city code. He also was able to install and get our water heater up and running faster than I expected after receiving our estimate. Mr. Rodgers Neighborhood Plumbing recently took on a job at my house to replace an aging tank water heater with a modern, tankless system. They also swapped out our regulator and main shutoff valve and arranged for a permit from the city of Oceanside. The technician, Eric, was prompt to arrive but had a somewhat gruff demeanor. The job ended up taking considerably longer than anticipated, which was frustrating. Unfortunately, the work was not executed as expected, and we discovered some issues after the initial service. Upon calling their main line to express my issues, I was greeted by Megan. She was absolutely exceptional, demonstrating the kind of attentive and empathetic customer service that truly impresses. Megan promptly arranged for the owner, Jake, to come out and inspect the job. Jake was thoroughly professional, clearly demonstrating why he's at the helm of this business.
