My A/C unit went out and Anthony was able to get a tech out in 4-5 hrs. Mac was our service tech. He was on time, professional and knowledgeable. He walked me through everything that he was going to do to fix the issue on both units. Extremely honest, clean and got the job done fast and A/C was running in a few hours. My appointment time was from 1:30-2:30. I received a call from Anthony the owner just to let me know that Mac might be a few minutes behind but he showed up in my hour window. Communication was something you typically do not get these days. Diamond Air will be my first call if I am in need for a service.
Great company! So happy they had a same day availability that didn’t cost us and arm and a leg! Mac was a great and friendly tech! Felt like a friend was coming to help us out! 10/10 would call again and recommend to friends and family! Service: HVAC system maintenance
