Isaac came on time and proceeded to run a snake down the shower drain the shower started draining right away with no problem. There was a guy by the name of Michael that came to my home. It was a late night call. I was expecting them to be very frustrated for coming out to my house so late they were on time and very professional. The problem was taken care of and assessed within the hour.
