I called what I thought was reputable AC repair business (they have billboards all over SoCal…) and was “ghosted” by them. Never received a follow up call, text, email. Then I called Biard & Crockett and it was night and day!!! They were very professional, friendly and more importantly responsive and very quick to come out and fix the problem for us.

The team at Biard & Crockett Plumbing and Heating has been outstanding in installing our new HVAC system. From the very beginning, from the very first call, Cesar, Kyle, Luis and everyone on team was very pleasant and accommodating and professional. Communication was excellent throughout. Not only every call was answered immediately but I made several appointments with Cesar, and he always arrived on time and took the time to explain the issues and options. He was willing to answer any questions I had. I received a communication when he was on his way and when the visit was completed it was communicated as well. They were very patient in giving us the time we needed to get to the correct decision. Once the decision was made, they scheduled us immediately. The technicians arrived as scheduled on time and were prepared. There were no interruptions to our daily operations during the installation and hardly anyone noticed they were here making a change. Two crews have served me over the last couple of days. First crew came in and replaced all my piping on the first floor in a matter or six hours. Very professional, clean hard working and I don't think there is another crew in the area how could do it as good as they did! Second team came in and did the drywall patching. The job looked impossible. When they finished it was equal to or better than when they started. Not a trace of evidence that there was ever any damage. I know you charge more the some of the other outfits, but what they say is that you get what you pay for. A home run, don't change a thing. You've got a golden crew!!! Amazing in this period of labor shortage. Make sure they are taken care of them!
