We received our inspection online after paying for the inspection, and the inspection report had photos and comments on what seems like every square foot of our roof! Our HOA hired Cert-A-Roof to perform a roof inspection, as our roof was approaching 20 years old. Scheduling was easy and the inspector was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The inspection report was delivered promptly, indicating there was still life left in the roof but recommended skylight replacement and maintenance on some roof penetrations. Cert-A-Roof was very responsive to all of our concerns during finalization of the work contract. The skylights were acquired and delivered as promised. Communication between us and Cert-A-Roof was good as we had to work around some weather to get the work done. Initial skylight replacement and roof maintenance went well. The crew was courteous, professional, and efficient. There turned out to be a minor issue with the installation of three skylights with respect to weather stripping.
