My appointment was set up within one day, the inspector was running early and called to ask if he could arrive earlier then my appointment. I agreed and he proceeded to inspect the roof. After the inspection we talked as he explained what he found and explained that I would receive the full report with pictures the next day. Yes, I did receive the report the next day and was extremely pleased with how detailed the report was and all the pictures to go along with the report. I am extremely satisfied with the service that Cert-A-Roof provided. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to my family and friends. Thanks for the great service.

We requested a roof inspection/certification. What got was a inspection and the inspector stating they our flat roof needed to be replaced before he could certify it. Well, come to find out no one certifies a flat roof and there was nothing wrong with the roof since I had it replaced just a few years ago. They wanted to replace the broken or cracked tiles on the angled roof. We also, noticed that the first 9 tiles were free, any tile after that was a $100 apiece after that. We needed 28 tiles replaced. We went with another company since they were way more reasonable and were able to get the job done quicker and at a much more reasonable price.
