Michael is not only a handyman that provides the highest quality of service , but a true hero. He has been our go to handyman for years for everything from piping, plumbing, fixing leakage and home appliances, etc. He not only does a superb job every time, but always cleans up nicely so we never have to worry. He is a hero because yesterday he demonstrated extraordinary level of care and went out of his way to take care of us when my husband accidently injured his hand. Michael treated us like his own family. Yesterday, he came to fix our toilet that was blocked. He quickly identified the root cause, which is a tree root about 4ft long stuck in there. After removing the old toilet, he skillfully dug out the root and was ready to install the new toilet. I went upstairs for a short period of time. Michael was asked if he could fix a exterior French door frame where one of the support arms had serious dry rot. The only other option was to buy a brand new French door insert as the frame was one piece. He repaired it so that it was stronger than before. My wife and I were amazed at his workmanship and reasonable pricing.
