Had a water leak from my cracked toilet thru ceiling and down into my kitchen. Three hours later we also found a leak in my very old hot water tank. Kass showed up at my door from Done-Rite and he took excellent care of all the issues. Diagnosed the source of the leak, recommended a water restoration company to take care of the leak (called them himself) replaced my toilet and prepped for installing a new water heater tank the next morning. John and Kass did a great job the next day with installation….took a long time but they were meticulous! I am so happy that I called Done-Rite after reading their great reviews! I called Done Rite because I had used them before. The employee was knowledgeable and explained the problem and the fix so I understood what was going on. Price was discussed before work was done so I had the option to approve work or not. This was the case again on this job. Polite and competent young men. Old worn part was shown to me upon completion. My sink drain is like new and the clog in the dishwasher is gone. I am a very happy customer. Will recommend them and already have. Good honest work!!
