Joseph was early to appointment and conducted initial inspection and advised what needed to be done. He gave very good advice and proceeded to replace toilet with a higher quality toilet - overall this came in at a lower price than if he rebuilt existing parts! Very pleased. He was clean professionally and very prompt! Definitely recommend.

We had some issues with a main line clog and toilet repair. This company was responsive and easy to deal with. Elias came not just on time but a little earlier which was great. He explained everything thoroughly, gave us a fair price and I appreciated his professionalism. I hope we do not need a plumber again but if we do we will definitely give him a call. I called Done Rite because I had used them before. The employee was knowledgeable and explained the problem and the fix so I understood what was going on. Price was discussed before work was done so I had the option to approve work or not. This was the case again on this job. Polite and competent young men. Old worn part was shown to me upon completion. My sink drain is like new and the clog in the dishwasher is gone. I am a very happy customer. Will recommend them and already have. Good honest work!!
