I expected someone to come much sooner than 8AM, since I had called at midnight. The person who did arrive { Ed } was very curtious and gave me all the info I needed. The job was expensive for what was done, but it did take care of the problem. he was efficient and quick as well as clean. Good job.
Green Star Home Services/Rescue Rooter had repaired the main sewer pipe to the street from my home three years ago with a sleeve liner. Today everything was backing up in the house and even though they were short people they sent someone to snake the main sewer line today, for free! Juan was very pleasant, professional, and got to work immediately. I am greatly thankful for the services Rescue Rooter has provided. They do a great job!
