Very professional group. Easy to call & schedule. The service was performed by Daniel who was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He went through all the service details, answered questions & completed the new water heater installation all within a few hours. Service: Water heater installation
Raymundo showed up right on time. I had no plumbing issues, I was just doing some preventive maintenance. He couldn't access the main line, but he told me what I could do to make it accessible for another time. (Thank you for that) Since he was already here, I had a secondary line cleaned at a great rate. It only took Ray about 40 minutes total. Thank you Rescue Rooter for the prompt and efficient service!! The pricing was approximately 1200 dollars, even with the $300 coupon. Unfortunately, $1200 is a significant pricing differential with this job. The Plumber was fantastic. Friendly, professional and responsive. He completely understood our inability to justify the price difference. Great luck in future deals.
