These guys are rip-offs. I had a gas leak in my backyard. I was given an estimate for $3000 to fix it. After signing the contract for $3000 they said they couldn't find threads to cap the pipe. I said I wasn't going to pay that kind of a price again, so they gave me a second option which was the cap the leak at the meter? Why didn't they come up with that before I signed the contract for all that money. Buyer beware, these guys are thieves.

Called them for a clogged tub and they sent somebody out within an hour. Was very impressed with how quick they were but even more so at how honest and fair they were. There was no charge just for sending someone out, they only charge based on the diagnosed problem. Very satisfied and happy with their service!! Service: Drain cleaning

Green Star Home Services/Rescue Rooter had repaired the main sewer pipe to the street from my home three years ago with a sleeve liner. Today everything was backing up in the house and even though they were short people they sent someone to snake the main sewer line today, for free! Juan was very pleasant, professional, and got to work immediately. I am greatly thankful for the services Rescue Rooter has provided. They do a great job!
