Our water heater stopped producing hot water so I initially called our home warranty service. Not only did they wanted to charge $75 just to inspect the system, but their contractor was completely booked for a month. We have 4 kids, so that was not an option. I called Shafer Plumbing, who came the next day and inspected our water heater for free and when it had to be replaced, they replaced it in a couple of days (mostly because I returned their call late in the day). I highly recommend their service.
